I had work this morning and then I went to soulcycle. I don’t think it’s the absolute best workout and it’s super dependent on the coach. I didn’t push it on the resistance because my right calf was really tight and I had a severe muscle cramp at work but I didn’t have time to roll it out before the class. I honestly think the benefit of the class is more mental than physical. I can clear my head and reset for the upcoming week and because the coach always prompts reflection, I feel more grateful for my body and its capabilities and what I’m able to do than I usually am in my day to day life.
