Blended yam with berries and cocoa powder, with fruit, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds on top 🙌🏻

Breakfast has always been my favorite meal, but also the most difficult for me. This summer I’ve been really trying to not allow myself to get distracted, or fill up on coffee in the morning. The difference in my energy and mood is pretty awesome, another motivator for me to not skip a meal ✨

🍃🌿🌼Spinach & Pasta🌼🌿🍃


• 1 16oz box of Bow Tie Pasta (cooked)

• 2 Cups Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

• 1 Cup Spinach (chopped)

• 1 Tsp Turmeric

• 1 Tsp Ginger

• Sea Salt (season to taste)


.1 Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and sea salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water.

.2 For authentic “al dente” pasta, boil for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.

.3 Drain well and add the rest of the ingredients from above.


~Hot Cocoa~|recipe

100ml unsweetend almond milk

5g raw cocoa powder

5ml coconut oil

10 drops of stevia

·mix the almondmilk w/ the cocoa powder (might take you a few extra seconds)

·add 200-350 ml of hot, boiling water and mix in the coconut oil

·then add the stevia and enjoy!!<3

i drink it every night before going to sleep and it makes me feel great, stops me from snacking at night and helps me to sleep like an actual baby omg i totally love it!!

the healthy fats will keep you satisfied so it’s a great drink that’s pretty easy to integrate into a “night routine” which will help you so much with getting your sleep schedule back on track!!
