Giovanni:

• Train, probably
• He’s already plenty strong, he was a gym leader for a reason
• But that’s not going to stop him from trying to get stronger
• Standing by a rocky mountainside with his Nidoking like, “If you can’t break this giant rock outcropping with one brick break then we’re going to stay here until you can”
• Rinse and repeat with his entire team
• Team RR Gio probs likes to ask the other leaders what they think of each other, because it changes drastically everyday
• Except for Archie and Maxie, but their insults get better the longer they have to think them up

Archie:

• The man loves to sail
• He’s had this boat forever, no one can remember a time he didn’t brag about it
• It used to belong to his dad, he fixed it up and uses it whenever he can now
• If there’s nothing going on with Team Aqua, their plans are at a standstill or they’re waiting for Team Magma to make a move, then Archie’s probably on the water
• He always brings along some food for the Pokémon that are curious enough to swim up to the boat
• Oh,, and don’t forget about swimming! He loves jumping into the water with his Sharpedo and having “races”

Maxie:

• He’s a bookworm, what’d you expect
• If he’s not working, he’s reading something
• It doesn’t have to be a book, technically, he’ll read something on his laptop or tablet too
• Usually it’s some kind of nonfiction, he likes learning new facts or information
• But sometimes he’ll read fiction
• Especially if it’s recommended by Tabitha or Courtney
• But, to be honest, this man’s always working
• Like fall asleep every night on a pile of paperwork kind of work
• So he doesn’t have too much free time
• Though technically if it’s paperwork he’s still reading badum tss

Cyrus:

• He likes to build or deconstruct things if he finds himself with free time
• Taking apart a computer to find the parts he needs to fix something else
• Or even building things from scratch
• It’s time consuming, but it gives him something to plan and execute outside of Team Galactic
• Which is fair, considering it can take the grunts a really long time to finish their jobs
• He also likes to draw schematics for things he plans to build in the future, but the Galactic Bomb takes the cake for his best work

Ghetsis:

• On one side, he wants his Pokémon to be strong, on another, they’re already terrifyingly tough
• So training it probably minimal just to keep them in peak condition?
• Other than training, if he finds himself with some spare time, he’s probably plotting something
• Thinking on what he can use to his advantage, who he can fool, and going over what he’s done already
• He’s a grade A jerk, but he doesn’t take any chances when it comes to his success
• Not one for hobbies, really, so most of what he does is for his own personal gain

Lysandre:

• Cooking is, shamelessly, one of Lysandre’s favorite things
• He takes great care in everything he presents, and prides himself on how well he can do
• Baking in particular is something he’s very fond of
• He enjoys building new tech for his company, but there’s something so simple to cooking dinner or baking a snack that likes just a bit more
• Preparing food for friends is one of life’s simple joys to him, it’s one of few times where he isn’t so hypercritical of humanity or everyone else
• Because Diantha and Sycamore aren’t food critics, he doesn’t have to impress them
• They’re just happy for good food and good company
• And that’s refreshing to him sometimes

Guzma:

• A lot of the hobbies he’s tried end up with something being broken
• He tried an online game that one of the grunts showed him, and he smashed the laptop after another player killed him as soon as he spawned in
• He’s not patient enough for normal hobbies like art, excluding graffiti
• But he’s always down for a dance off or a rap battle with the team
• Just something silly to lighten the mood
• But he’s down to try anything the grunts or Plumeria recommend to him, even if he only tries it once
