Let’s eat Dark Chocolate After Breakfast before going to work


I’m running out of dense protein sources though so my breakfast and lunch were kinda the bare minimum and lemme tell you, 50-35-15 ain’t where it’s at. This afternoon snack will make 40g of protein for the day so far and I am freaking starving.

I have a protein shake for post workout so dinner shouldn’t be an IMPOSSIBLE demand protein wise (my daily goal is 80g) but note to self - buy enough meat and prep enough grains to avoid clinging onto chickpeas for dear life and debating the saturated fat of cottage cheese.

Easy Recipe: Fish Finger 

Cook delicious fish finger within 15 minutes at home. Share it with family and friends.

Potato skins

bell peppers
onion (minced)
olive oil
cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese)

microwave covered potatoes 4-6 min.

preheat oven to 400

saute bell peppers w onion

cut potatoes, remove insides
place potatoes on oiled foil
add cheese and sautéed bell peppers
bake 15 min
