Brake up. Full of simbolisms. My vision on how one must feel when a close relationship has ended. I think it's pretty much done.

This Styracosaurus will challenge any predator as much as his name challenges your spelling skills! And this puzzle can challenge your dino lover this Christmas! - - - - - -

Your job might be cool but are there skeleton friends in your staff meetings? Bones is checking out the newest issue of the magazine at our staff meeting. Looking forward to reading it myself!

Alas, poor red velvet dude. I found him on barren Halloween shelves.

Always love doing this project with my students. Called Micrography (or Microcaligraphy) where you create the light and dark areas only using words.

Anatomy of a character redesign. This is a DnD character of mine (that I’ve never gotten to use in a game :’c) named Cinnibar. He’s a shardmind necromancer who uses blobs of crystal to raise the dead.

First deisgn pass, the aesthetic I wanted to go for is ‘what if Shinigami-sama and the Diamondhead aliens from Ben 10 had a baby’. Wanted to find the right mix between comical and cool/evil. He looks like all the official art of shardminds, but his design is way too busy and not at all interesting. Also he’s naked???

Design pass two I just said ‘fuck it, crystal Kel’thuzad’. I really like this design, but then again I really like KT, so no big surprise there. Looking at it now this one actually doesn’t look much like a shardmind so much as a low poly skeleton or something, lol. I put a little bit of insect-y influence into him with his feet/hands and the spikes on his arms, which has nothing to do with necromancy nor crystal people but it looks cool so whatever. One thing I was def right about is them big pimp shoulder pads and cape. Every evil guy needs a cape.

This last design pass was just a redesign of the head, because I’m for the most part happy with the body from the last pass. Yeah, I like this one. It manages to look only barely derivative, while still being definitely skullish, definitely crystallike, and even manages to put a bit of an Illithid-y flair to the whole thing. You can take one look at this guy and correctly guess every single detail about his personality (this is very important for good character design to me). I also made his pimp cape bigger. Bigger cape is better cape.
