Recipe: Grilled Cheese w/ Egg and Salsa

(The only picture I took of this one was super blurry, so I’ll include a random gif)

Ingredients:

  • Two slices of bread (I used sourdough bread)
  • Roughly 2 tablespoons of butter or oil (for cooking in pan)
  • Roughly ¼ to 1/3 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar, but if you have something else go for it)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Small handful of feta cheese
  • Salsa for dipping
  • (Optional spices: salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin)

Directions:

Lightly butter bread slices on one side and place in pan. Cook on medium. While the bread is cooking, mix your egg+cheese+spices and then spoon it onto one of the bread slices. Place the other slice on top and brown both sides until you get the color you want. Place on a place with some salsa on the side and enjoy!

Hi, I don't you if this was you or not, but about a week or 2 ago a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich recipe came through my dash and it was almost an exact replica of their recipe and I thought I saved it but it turns out I didn't. So I was wondering you or anybof your follows could help me find it? I really hate the company but I like the sandwich and refuse to go to a company that's anti-LGBTQ+

Not sure exactly which post you were talking about, but here are some copycat Chick-Fil-A recipes for all your lgbtq+ supportin’, chicken sandwich eatin’ needs!
