I thought I’d share my daily smoothie recipe with y’all🙌🏼
On a good week, I make one every morning or night… lately I haven’t been doing so well, but hey- I do my best. That’s all any of us can do😌
Smoothie Recipe:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tspn spirulina powder
Baby spinach
Shredded carrots
Frozen fruit
Blend until smooth (you can use any fruit/veggie combo, and pretty much any base liquid. This is just my personal fave). If you decide to try it- let me know!💚

🍃🥬🌸Peppered Cabbage🌸🥬🍃 (Rice Cooker Ingredients): Jasmine Rice, Cabbage, Black Pepper, Garlic, Basil, Olive Oil, Sea Salt And Water 🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃🥬🌸🍃

Banana pancakes 🥞

I tried a new recipe, which was pretty good but not as good as I’ve made in the past. But it’s nice to mix things up sometimes, so here ya go:

2 cups plain flour

4-5 tsp baking powder

4 tbsp golden caster sugar

2 large very ripe bananas

4 chia eggs (4 tbsp chia seeds, 4 tbsp water, mix and leave for 5 mins)

1 cup oat milk

1 cup almond milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

5 tbsp vegan butter, melted

Combine all ingredients, give it a good whisk and let rest for 5-10 mins so the baking powder has time to activate properly.

Your frying pan should already be greased from melting the butter - put it on high heat, and spoon the mix into the pan til you have your desired size. They only need 30 seconds on each side, or until golden brown and fluffy. serve with maple syrup and your favourite fruity toppings 🍓

Trying out gardein skillet meals!! (Chicken florentino)


Honestly I was nervous to try this out but once it was all cooked it was super super delicious! It takes almost no time to cook and I would definitely buy again. It’s a little most money than other gardein products ($7.99 vs $4.49) but for a special meal I’d say it’s totally worth it. There are four different meals and I’ll definitely be giving them a try! (Chicken florentino, chick’n fiesta, chick’n fried rice, and rigatoni n’ saus’age)

Homemade pesto!!
All you need is basil, spinach (optional), salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, and some pine nuts! Super yummy on all kinds of things. I love it on pasta and for dipping in bread 😋
