💎Band Work & Stretching Routine! 💎 {save for later}.
As I’ve explained in almost every post… I don’t really gym much anymore for the last 7 months.
I’ve been focusing on fat loss. And eating for fat loss versus eating for weight lifting are two TOTALLY different ways.
SO, I’ve found a love for home workouts. Band work, baby weights, Pilates, yoga, meditation, body weight work etc.
And STRETCHING has been a big one for yoga and Pilates type stuff.
I’m really loving the lean muscle mass that all these things have been helping with.
But let me be very clear… even at home, I don’t workout much haha. I’m just trying to keep what muscle I have haha.
Anywho.. hope you guys enjoy this little workout and stretch routine!

Lezione di pilates: dopo gli addominali di stasera temo gli effetti collaterali di domani. Detesto lavorare con il rullo e temo sempre di cadere, mi irrigidisco e i muscoli delle gambe non collaborano. Poiana alla mia sinistra che ride, quella a destra che sacramenta e olè che si cade tutte insieme. Sarà la super luna ma il vegan si è intenerito..sarà che ho una fame bestia ma stasera mordo..

Back on the mend marathon training update!

Monday I went to pilates and took it pretty easy, not looking to make myself sick again or anything. Wasn’t bad.

Then today I went back to the treadmill and it really went well. 3 miles at an even pace. Then in an attempt to finish episode 8 of the Umbrella Academy I hopped on the arc trainer for a little bit.

Episode 8 was not the one to watch at the gym (even though I knew what was coming, but still).

pilates for sugamon only 😤

jkjk I was also curious about it, not just because Namjoon recommended it for small people like Yoongi. My back isn’t as strong as I need it to be. So here are some thoughts from my first session today:

  • I dont think I’m positioned right
  • *did whole set while breathing incorrectly* dammit
  • [clicking] that’s my hip…
  • [clicking] why are my arms making that noise
  • I thought this was a core workout???
  • why am I working my legs ;;
  • it’s ok, I need it anyway
  • [clicking] my hips again ;;
  • donttouchthematwithmyfacebecauseacne
  • this mat smells a little
  • oo unplugged pop
  • I’ll bring water next time
  • oh hey, that’s my friend over there :)))

My body feels firmer??? I’m going back next week (:

IG stories, Weekend Edition! Saturday I went to a Trivia Night with friends, and Sunday I took care of some tasks around the house before spending the rest of the day being a lazy hermit. I like to be a bit productive each day of the weekend, but also definitely like spending the majority of my time relaxing and taking care of me. I need those two days each weekend to recharge my batteries in order to be able to take care of the 20 students in my class! (Pics via my IG stories.)
