Thank you for 2yrs. Mahaba haba rin ang pinagsamahan natin. Nag-aaral pa ako until nakapagtapos ako then work then nag-anniversary ako sa work. You’re one of the witness of my ‘ups and downs’ but I need to replace you na talagang or else I’ll be the one to suffer or worst than that. 💖

Recently I was on vacation in Madrid. We didn’t know the Spanish Capital and thought that October would be the best time to meet it. And it was! The weather was nice on all days. We stay there four days.

The first day started very early. We arrived at Madrid in the morning, left our bags in the hotel and begin our discovery of the city. We went to Santiago Barnabéu Stadium where we visited the museum and the stadium. The ticket costs 25€. A little expensive for those who aren’t fans. It took almost two hours to visit. What made me more confused was the fact that most of the tourists  were more interested in just filming and taking pictures of everything insted of  knowing more about the history of the Club.

Then we went to the other end of the city, we took the subway to get there faster. It’s very easy to use. We walked by Gran Via – which was under construction – through the streets and neighborhoods of the city and then reached the next destination: the Reina Sofia Museum.

We bought the ‘Passeo del Arte’ ticket online with advance so that we could avoid queues and save some money. This ticket guarantees admission to the three main museums in Madrid – Reina Sofia, Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza – and costs around 30€. The museums are huge and take a lot of time to see, so you should always go with time and energy. Right next to the Reina Sofia Museum theres the well-known Atocha train station.

A poucos metros encontramos a Plaza di Espanhã.

After a good night sleep we were ready for the second day in Madrid. We went to the Royal Palace, buying the ticket for 10€ and we did not spend time in the queue. It’s only aloud to take photos in the early part of the palace. During the visit we went through different rooms with incredible detail and  beauty.

After the palace we continue our journey to the Sebastani Gardens which are located right next to the Royal Palace. A few meters away we find the Plaza of Spain. We went a little further and found the Debod Temple of Egyptian architecture.

Still in this we managed to visit the Caixa Forúm. There we enjoyed the vertical garden and visited the existing exhibitions, the ticket for the exhibitions cost 4€ and was bought in the hour. Next we went to visit the Prado Museum, the last museum on the list.

A poucos metros encontramos o Mercado San Miguel. Aproveitamos e comemos umas tapas que estavam deliciosas. Vagueamos uma última vez pelas ruas madrilenas onde percorremos o Bairro Malasaña e Chueca.
