Hot days call for cool meals! My no-cook dinner tonight: leafy green salad & grape tomatoes, blueberries, avocado & canned tuna with a splash of vinaigrette dressing.




























Korean Bibimbap - spicy gochujang steak, pink sticky rice, fried egg and a whole lot of vegetables... I think I'm in love with this amalgamation! 😍
