Go with peoples actions and not what they say. A pair of lips will say anything but actions scream louder than any lips can. It’s also good to stop and ask yourself what is this teaching me before going into your comfort zone for me I shut down I’ve seen others get defensive. While taking a much needed two hours to myself I kept having the thought to stop my weekly Celebration List at least until the end of the year. I need to revamp. Regroup and actually be in silence.
