I did Deadlifts on Sunday and I went up to 160kg for testing my 1 rep max that’s still good. I have done legs again today, but skipped the Deadlifts I was out of breath probably, because of the climate or I need to slow down a bit. I will never do Deadlifts if I feel weak on the day it’s too much of a risk for me plus I need to work on my posture. I mainly do Deadlifts to strengthen my lower back. I’ll try it later this week again.
