Chocolate and Honey Greek Yogurt Cups

The tastiest chocolate and honey Greek yogurt surrounding a store bought granola. A healthy and flavorful alternative to pudding cups that can easily stand in for dessert. 

Chocolate and honey gussy up simple Greek yogurt. I love dessert after a meal! Yogurt is the perfect way to end a meal and when you add tasty sweeteners you have yourself one easy to make dessert. This will easily become my new favorite! When I served this to my taste testers they didn’t feel like I was trying to healthy up dessert. 

There were many yummy sounds throughout the room. I made these ahead of time and the yogurt softened up the granola. That was not my intention but when I tasted it I really felt like I was eating a crushed up cookie with each bite of yogurt. 

This is definitely worth making! If you want to serve it layered I highly recommend you use Greek yogurt. The thickness stands up to layering. 

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • optional chocolate shavings and granola

Directions

  1. Place 1 cup yogurt in a blender with cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Blend until combined. 
  2. Place 1 cup yogurt in a bowl with honey and stir to combine. 
  3. Scoop equal amounts into cups layering yogurt, then granola then yogurt. Garnish with chocolate shavings and granola.

Relaxing a bit but today I will attempt to trim my own hair.

A little nervous but I’m trying to be self sufficient.

Eventually I’ll learn to tweeze my eyebrows but that’s a whole other ball game. When you got caterpillar 🐛 🐛 brows 😓🤣🤣
