Hello.. I’m probably going to the gym tonight again just to not be pushed into eating my family’s dinner. Idk if I’ll skip it completely or will just eat a small portion.
I had a small lunch now (cinnamon porridge with apples <200cals) and breakfast was coffee with milk and sweetener as always.
I’m drinking my second bottle (0.5l each) of water today so I’m halfway through my water intake already but as long as I don’t guzzle it all down at once i can’t drink too much.
And I still have my sports-drink left maybe I’ll drink some of it while at work and the rest later when I’m at the gym. I won’t do much cardio or anything too difficult I know I’m barely nutritioned enough to even do anything weights related but I’m sure I’ll be fine. I won’t go to the Zumba strong class today cause last time I went (I was restricting as well) I felt so faint and horrible I don’t want to collapse right then and there.
Tomorrow is Friday and I’m so excited cause my bf and I will go ice-skating again and after that we’ll have an amazing dinner at an Asian restaurant so I’ll restrict myself until then. I can’t wait!
I’m doing good at the moment I’m really glad, I maintained today though but it’s fine. I can see the trend of my weight going down but it’s frustrating when you put in all this work and waiting most importantly and then you don’t even see a minor change in the scale.
