My kids talking about their elixir in the background which I added some vegan organic marshmallows too. 😆

Every day I have a ritual for a good 10 years where I make some kind of herbal superfood elixir to enhance my body and my mind, which inevitably brings peace to my spirit. ⚡️

On Wednesday I go live for an hour and do a deep dive into elixir craft. It can seem overwhelming and complicated; I’m going to show you how easy it can be to make this powerful@drink that will fuel your day. ⚡️

Yes, you can give them to your kids!!! I’ll go over that as well. Wednesday March 6th, kicks off the FIRST of 3 Wednesday’s where I will be live, sharing specific recipes and how they bring us hormone balance, sustained energy and so much more! ⚡️

Check out my live link in my bio to join this 3 week Elixir Intensive! I’m really excited to finally be sharing this information with you in such an intimate way. It’s something I’ve been craving for a long time. I chose the New Moon as our start date because it’s the perfect way to plant a seed for a new way of being and choosing to love ourselves. Hope to see you on the inside of our private portal! Lmk below if you’ve signed up! ⚡️🙏🏻❤️

Who says gift giving is over? Hahaha. Wrapping gifts is a favorite holiday pastime for many of us. Traditional gift wrapping can be incredibly wasteful and not cost-efficient, hence the use of recycled brown bags for the presents I wrapped. #wastefree #guiltfree

No & It's ok!

“Half of the troubles of this life can be traced to saying yes too quickly and not saying no soon enough.” ~Josh Billings

It is ok to say No without explaining youself. Why do we feel that we
need to to give an explanation when we say no? Do not feel guilty, and you do not always have to please anyone. I believe we automatically associate
No with being negative. Do you worry about being rejected if you say no?
If you say No will you hurt that persons feelings? Will you be judged that you are mean or rude if you say no? Non of those things matter when it comes to your peace and self control. When saying no your simply turning down the request that is it. Sometimes we are saying no for the lack of time, money, and sanity. Feel guilt free and exercise your right to say NO!
