Last week was better…not stellar…but better. I can already feel the difference in my body just by making better choices (mostly) and not overeating.
This week I plan to check in every night with my progress. I really want to get to the point I was before Christmas. I was in control and happy with how I ate. I want to get to the point where I don’t have to think about it every minute. It’s a good place to be.
Late brunch, but the belly wants what the belly wants.
Eggs Benedict remix w/ homefries! I used focaccia bread instead of english muffins, & i stuffed them with turkey bacon and colby cheese; then pressed it out in the waffle iron.
Tackling my biggest meal prep today. This is what my fridge looks like now. I’m ready for the rest of my week.
