Exciting news... Today, our HTH Food Rescuers completed another rescue mission! This morning the team saved over 1,400 kilos of delicious tomatoes!




workshop- visited an olive oil processing SME today- smallholder farming to value creation and growth. farm- processing- own retail. The waste (crushed olive paste) is used as fuel (instead of coal) to heat water for use in processing.
