Workout whenever you can. You want to be aiming for 3 to 4 workouts a week. These can include ALL types of exercise - from weight to cardio, from walking in the park to running up and down stairs… and so many others!

If you want to take exercise EVERY day, that’s fine, but try to ensure that each PART of your body has at least 2 days to recover from its last workout.

If, for some reason, you cannot workout on some day or another - DON’T panic - it’s NOT the end of the world. You will NOT die. There is always tomorrow.

If, for another reason, you DO workout, but it goes bad - maybe you’re not feeling so good, maybe you’re constantly interupted, or any other reason - again - DON’T panic - it’s STILL not the end of the world - you did something, AND there is always tomorrow to start over.

It pumps your blood and lymph up which does your heart and lymphatic flow a great favour. It keeps many many muscles of legs, booty, lower back and core healthy. It is very hard to get an injury while doing squats (with your body weight at least). Do more squats every day! 🤸

You don’t have to exercise every day… but you DO have to exercise 3 to 4 times a week.

It is often better to do it every other day, as this gives your muscles time to recover, before stressing them again.

You also do NOT have to do hours of cardio. Of course, if that’s what you like, well please, go ahead… but for most of us mortals, a small amount of cardio each week is sufficient.

What is more beneficial is doing weights (or using elastic resistance bands etc). And, doing these along the lines of HIIT. Heavier weights for fewer reps and fewer rounds, but with short rests between the rounds.

If you want to do both weights/elastics and cardio, then alternate the sessions.

Be sensible with weights. Take care HOW you lift. Take care you don’t overdo the weight or the reps.

If u r on the run & tight on time, here’s an exercise u can do: 7sets, 7reps each, in 7minutes. I show u the 7 different grips here, do 7 REPS of EACH grip, each set should be done within a minute. (I like 30secs on, 30secs rest) Use a timer to notify the minute. It’ll be 49reps TOTAL or do one more for love (50)💙💪🏽👊🏽#FitnessFriday
