A little late 😅 but here is my weekly reminder to be good to myself, that I hope you can take from too.
- 2 heaping tablespoons of plain natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
Easy peasy! I found this recipe on the internet a while back so I can’t credit where exactly I got it, but for the past year this has just been an easy thing to incorporate into my routine and it’s all stuff that I have on a regular basis.
