Chilling Adventures of Sabrina : Part 3 - Zelda Dead Scene & Gorgon & Th…

When I was a young girl, I didn’t understand the whole “body of Christ” thing and I thought there was a legit body of Christ that they kept in our church.

Like I though Jesus died like 10 year ago and every church had a piece of him that they used to create those bread circles.

And when I was practicing for first communion they were showing us around and the priest was like “this is where we keep the body of Christ, you wanna see?” And I got so FUCKING HYPED.

I though I was going to just like, see Jesus’s decaying head in a box and I was really excited to see it.

I was very disappointed when he opened it to be just a bowl with bread in it. So I turned to the priest like “hey! Where’s the body? I came here for a body! This is a rip off”

And the priest was like “there isn’t an actual body it’s just a metaphor”

And I was like “I don’t care. Just show me the body”

And long story short I had to redo first communion.

My peers are amazing. One of the things the Professors have been surprised about is how much we support each other as a group. I must say if I did not have the help from my classmates, I am unsure if I would have got this far. There is not really any clicks, mostly because we always welcome anyone who talks with us. It really makes it a great place to feel welcome.

As I am following the footsteps of someone I looked up to, I can see the challenges that they must have had when taking this course many years ago and I think I understand why they felt the way they did about it.

It’s a small world for Hexed, and  I have talked to a few people who knew my inspirational person as both classmates and students. The course has become a 3 year from a 2 year program, which they are allowing former student to return. One of my classmates attended with this person.

It feels good to know that I am where where I was inspired to be. I wish I could thank the inspiring person I knew, but sadly I am not welcome to them. I made a mistake and I hope that one day that I can make up for it, so I may say thanks to Twisp.

Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him
