HY. Palmer Pleads Guilty To Crime Against A. D. Stoner.

St. Thomas, May 1. - Henry Palmer of Bayham, charged with burning the building of his neighbor, A. D. Stoner, on the 17th of March last, pleaded guilty to the charge when arraigned in court this morning before Judge Coulter, and was sentenced to serve two years in Kingston Penitentiary. A petition, signed by residents of Rayham, among whom were several Justices of the Peace, was presented to his Lordship asking for mercy.
